As a Vendor on Dogsales Network, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided regarding your dogs for sale. You must provide detailed and truthful descriptions of the dogs, including breed, age, health condition, temperament, and any relevant documentation such as vaccination records or pedigrees. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing the sale and transportation of animals.

The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that as per the Australian Consumer Law, they are responsible for complying with the Consumer Guarantees. The Vendor must accurately describe the dogs for sale and ensure they are fit and healthy as described. The Vendor must address any issues or concerns raised by buyers in a timely and satisfactory manner, including providing refunds or replacements in case of major problems as defined by the Australian Consumer Law.

Users of the Website agree to use it for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any misuse, unauthorised access, or interference with the Website’s functionality, including but not limited to hacking attempts, spamming, or distributing malicious software, is strictly prohibited. Users shall not engage in any fraudulent activities or misrepresent themselves or their intentions on the Website.

The content, design, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Website are the intellectual property of Dogsales Network. Users and Vendors are prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any of these intellectual property elements without prior written consent from Dogsales Network. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Dogsales Network strives to provide accurate and reliable information on the Website but does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information provided by Vendors or third parties. Users and Vendors acknowledge and agree that any transactions or interactions conducted through the Website are at their own risk. In no event shall Dogsales Network or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the services provided by the Company. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User, Vendor, and Dogsales Network, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
